An 'Event' shall include an exhibition, competition, demonstration of activities authorised by any licence or agreement for use of a water area, or a significant vessel movement such as require removal or part removal of the Royal Albert Dock rowing course or disrupt the activities of the wetbike club. Notice must be served not less than 14 working days and not more than 3 years prior to the proposed Event. RoDMA, ExCEL and the London Regatta Centre have the option to request a booking up to 6 years in advance, which must be confirmed no later than 2 years prior to the Event. All entries in the Events Diary will operate on a first come first served basis.
